The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of storage space, too! The living room is cozy with lots of space to chill or have guests over. Located in the hall closet is a washer/dryer with more storage! There is a private back garden along with access to the shared back garden.

The flat is located in a very convenient location. It’s a 20 minute walk to get to New Town, 15 minutes to get to Leith Walk, and 35 minutes to get to Old Town. Holyrood Park is a 5 minute walk away, too! There are two big grocery stores (Lidl and Sainsbury’s) just across the street. The Gym Group just opened up across the street. There are lots of great restaurants and coffee shops in the area too. It’s near a bus stop that connects you to all parts of the city. The routes include 4, 5, 15, 19, 26, 34, 44, 45, 106, 113, 124, x26, x4, x5, x6, x7, N107, N113, N124, and N26.

You’ll be living with two working professionals, with one occasionally working from home. They are friendly, always open for a chat, clean, and considerate girls! Other working professionals would be preferred. Students are also welcome as long as you’re willing to pay council tax.
