Room for rent in cosy Newington flat

Hi all! I will soon be moving out of a cosy 1st floor flat in Newington and am looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is a double with lots of wardrobe space, and there's also a living space, bathroom with shower, a small kitchen and a private section of garden. The Commonwealth pool, Holyrood Park, Cameron Toll shopping centre, and Summerhall are all within walking distance, and plenty of buses go into the city centre from just outside.

You'll be living with one other lovely flatmate Lauren, who is 29. We enjoy hanging out, watching films in the living room etc. and have made the space homely by filling it with art and memories. It would be great to find someone friendly to continue the good vibes, but who is also happy to do their own thing.

Rent is £615 a month plus bills and council tax which vary. Move in would most likely be the first half of October, but this depends on a few factors such as finding the right person before I officially hand in my notice. We would then pass your details on to the letting agents (who have been helpful and responsive) and they would need to approve the changes.
