Two double bedroom flat in the Clermiston area. Located in a very quiet street. The flat has a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Also, it has two private gardens regularly maintained and free to use. (Lots of strawberries growing throughout the spring and summer)
There's off-street parking,
5 minutes walk to regular buses going into town and to the airport (26, 1, 21, 17 )
There's a gym/swimming pool, library and shops at walking distance from the flat.
Additional the property benefits from gas central heating and comes with a washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, and large fridge/ freezer. Gas cooker. .

Equipped with a comfortable double bed, (with storage underneath) wardrobe, desk, shelving unit, night table and a chest of drawers. (As shown in the pictures)
The flat has a south facing location and the room faces a private garden. There's natural light from the morning until the afternoon.

Im a professional in my 30s, working full-time.
In my days off I enjoy cooking, gardening and going to the gym.
I love outdoors activities and travelling to exotic locations. (Im a surfer and skater, always up for an adventure!)
Occasionally I have a night out but Im not much into partying these days.
I consider myself mature but easy going,
I have been sharing flats for many years an have learnt to be respectful of both private and shared spaces. Also respectful and flexible about having different schedules and routines.
The ideal flatmate
Would be someone single that also works full-time and that wants to stay at least for the next six months ideally. However there's some flexibility about length of stay. Not pets, not smokers (unless you okay with smoking around the corner of the flat) Preferable not working from home.
Looking for someone that values respect and that commits to cleaning after themselves.
