Looking for a flatmate in Polwarth!

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a flatmate to move in with me next month.

The flat is spacious with good access to shops and transport. ~ 10-15 minutes bus to town center.

Details:
- The flat is a joint tenancy, it will all be sorted through a letting agent.
~70 each per month for gas, electric, broadband (typically)
~97 each per month council tax (band D) (if you are liable)

Looking for: cleanliness! Potentially a professional or a mature/graduate student.

About me:

I'm a 26yo full-time Software Engineer. In my free time I like climbing, keeping fit and going for runs or hikes.

I've been in Edinburgh for about 6 months, so I also like to explore the city, and check out the occasional new bar/pub.

I like to keep on top of the cleaning, and keep the shared spaces tidy, I'd prefer someone who's on the same page :)
