Small Double Room in Prestonfield 3 bed flat

We’re 3 women in our 20s living in a lovely 3 bed flat near Newington. I’m moving out after almost two years and want to find someone who will love it as much as I have 🫶
The room is a small double with a view of Arthur’s seat and includes a bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair and bedside table.
The communal spaces include a large, bright living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath/shower.
The location is just a 10 minute walk to central Newington and the Royal commonwealth pool. There is a bus stop just outside the flat (2, 14, 30, 33 stop here) and many other stops within a 5-10 min walk. Cameron toll shopping centre is a 7 min walk away with a Sainsburys, Aldi and lots of other shops!
As a flat, we’re clean and not too noisy but very sociable and love a movie night or going out for drinks!
We’re looking for another female flatmate who is friendly, respectful and looking to move in at the start of October (a few days earlier may also be possible).
