Short let for tourists

I have a double room in my house for short-term let☀️, suitable for sightseers, conference attendees, short visits to the city. £25 pn, £150 pw. The house is in NW of the city, district Clermiston, 33 min. by direct bus from the airport, 30 min. to the historic city centre.

Upstairs double "blue" room for rent is overlooking the Firth of Forth, has double mattress, duvet & bed sheets, plenty of storage space and an arm chair.
On the same 1st floor you find a bathroom with a shower for your disposition.
Downstairs kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and tableware you might wish to use during your stay.

If you decide on a longer rental (1 week <), you'd have to send me your ID and work contract/study placement, and a deposit. Deposit is quite high due to me having my things in this house during your stay. Then we can have a video call for me to show you what it looks like.

But if you want a daily rental, I only need a photo of your ID and an upfront payment, to ease your experience.

The house is from 1955, I have just recently bought it and am gradually implementing improvements. Downstairs is my office, kitchen and a garden. Guests must leave shoes downstairs and use sleepers. It is a relatively better-off district occupied by house-owners. Night silence is between 22:30 until 9:00 am.

I will be happy to rent it to anybody who is trustworthy and in need of a safe, quiet, peaceful accommodation:)
