We are 4 guys, mix of medic (Finn), engineer (Lewis) and finance (George ). Lived in Edinburgh altogether for 3+ years but looking for another guy to fill the room as Ben is moving in with his girlfriend.
Room comes with bed, bedside table and storage but needs a desk. Landlord is pretty good and fixes issues. No living room but big kitchen with sofas
Chilled social guys, try and run together or cycle. Will upload pictures of the flat when we have hidden the bikes from the landlord
Rent might go up a bit when we change the name
Car space available but will need a permit, close to Lidl and Tesco. Council tax is about £85 a month plus other bills
