I offer a spacious double bedroom on the first floor for rent to prospective tenants. Parking space is available on-site, and you have access to the garden, kitchen, and shower room. This is a quiet, orderly residential area; the accommodation will suit intellectuals who cherish intellectual development and, preferably, come on a short visit to the city, whether for sightseeing, a job interview, looking for a long-term student flat, or changing jobs.

Either £160 pppw or £25 pppn, I will consider a discount if you are in a hard situation (e. g. human trafficking victim).

I am a Finance professional who works from home; my office is on the ground floor. I seek people who are similar to me: clean and quiet. No shoes or food in the room. Smoking cigarettes or drugs will result in your immediate removal.
