Room for female young professional in 3 bed flat!

Looking for a female young professional (preferably ages 20-26) to move into our lovey 3 bed, 2-storey flat in Tollcross.
The flat has 2 bathrooms, a living room, and is a 2 min walk from the Meadows!
Ideally we would want someone to move in by the end of Sept / beginning of Oct but we can be flexible :)

We both recently graduated from uni and are looking for a similar aged young professional who is tidy but also sociable and down for the occasional coffee out or cozy night in!
