Hi everyone!
I am renting out my spare room with it's own seperate bathroom, as my current flatmate is moving on. I live in a 2 bed 2 bathroom home that’s got excellent links to Edinburgh centre (40min walk or easy bus) and lovely walks to Stockbridge (15min), as well as 2 gyms very close by, inverleith park and excellent walking / running routes.
TOTAL: c £850
Rent: £650 pm
Council tax: Band E (split 50/50), c £122.24 each
Gas and electric: Average of £77, based off of 6 month period from Nov - May but most expensive winter mont was £110 each
Personally, I work from home. However I go through to my partners home thurs - sun mostly every week, so, the house will be pretty much to yourself regularly. As it’s effectively my work space, I’d appreciate someone that works outwith the house, but exceptions can be made of course.
About myself, I’m 29, Watch a lot of football at the weekend, go see my pals, enjoy a wee walk and a coffee in the many local good coffee shops in the region and of course spend a lot of time with the Mrs. I think I’m clean and tidy within reason (not a clean freak) and pretty laidback in general, always happy to chat about anything and easy to get on with.
