Room Available in a Brand New House – Female Profe

I’ve recently purchased a brand new, fully furnished house and am looking to share one of the rooms. My husband is an engineer in the renewable energy sector and frequently travels for business, so I’m hoping to find a female housemate for company during his trips.

About the Room & House:

You’ll be the first person to live in the room.
All furnishings are brand new – including bed, mattress, table, and more.
Spacious shared kitchen. Central heating with a modern insulation system.
Two full bathrooms and an additional toilet.
Private parking space available if needed.
Location & Amenities:

Bus stop just a few meters away.
LIDL, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s are a 5–7 minute drive.
Morrisons, Indian grocery stores, and other shops are within a 5-minute walk.
Preferences:

Female working professional preferred.
Ideally someone who does not consume beef, as we are Hindu.
Utilities:

Most bills likely included, provided usage is sensible.
