Great for exercise, keeping fit and all the gyms nearby too (Commonwealth Pool 0.3 of a mile with a 50m pool and great facilities, University gym 0.6 of a mile etc).

The property has three bedrooms on Level 1 with a recently modernized bathroom and kitchen. Both Kingsize bedrooms are facing the Park with peaceful, delightful view to inspire you. The rear bedroom faces Hermits Croft but has the advantage of an inbuilt desk, inbuilt wardrobe/chest of drawers and its own ensuite.

We have a HIVE thermostat to control energy usage when not needed.

The flat available is on level 1 and there is another attic conversion above with its own separate lockable fire door to two of us above with our own kitchen and bathroom so we won't be using your facilities below but we love people and are always here to chat or help if you want.

It will be an initial Agreement for January, February and March 2026. If you want to extend further we can discuss in February 2026.
