Great for exercise, keeping fit and all the gyms nearby too (Commonwealth Pool 0.3 of a mile with a 50m pool and great facilities, University gym 0.6 of a mile etc).
The Level 1 kitchen is very well equipped with five burner SMEG range cooker and SMEG hood, SMEG dishwasher (full size), top of the range SIEMENS washer dryer (full size) and a large Samsung American Fridge Freezer.
Bills are separate and split equally. between the number of people occupying the two levels of the flat - currently 6 adults. They are economical because of the LED lighting throughout and the energy efficient Worcester Bosch Boiler and solid wall insulation installed in the communal kitchen area. We have a new HIVE thermostat coming to better control energy usage when not needed.
