LF Flatmate in Newington Flat ASAP ‼️

The flat is on the top floor of a Victorian tenement in an ideal city location near the heart of Newington. While being quite a barebones property, everything works as it should and I honestly appreciate its minimalism. We have extremely fast internet that costs £25/ea per month, and you can expect gas and electric bills to be around £40/ea per month.

I moved into this flat two months ago, and I’ve loved living here. Unfortunately, my flatmate decided her commute to work was too long and wishes to move out. My friend was supposed to move in, but she procrastinated till the week before my next rent day to pull out. Since this is a joint tenancy agreement, I need somebody who can move in to the flat within just over a week, and who is ready to send their deposit to the agency within the next few days since they have a rigorous referencing process. Sorry for the intense introduction, as you can imagine this has been a super stressful disaster. Normally, I’m a very laid back guy and I’m fine with both extroverted and introverted flatmates. I’d rather somebody who I could end up befriending, but as long as you’re a respectful and kind person, I’m sure we’ll get along.
