Hi, I’m currently looking for someone to take over part of the lease in my 2bed/2bath flat in Leith, as my flatmate is moving out.
The flat is within walking distance to the trams and bus links. You would have your own bathroom with a shower over bath. The room has a built in wardrobe, and comes int the bed and chest of drawers. With bills/council tax, monthly expenses comes to around £900.
I am a young professional who WFH ~4 days a week, so I will be in the flat a lot, and I am happy to share with someone else who WFH. I am open to pets, but you would be responsible for any additional costs. I’m also 🍃/smoking friendly. I do have a girlfriend so I would ask you are queer friendly.
Please message me and we can arrange to meet up and see how we vibe, and discuss how we would work as flatmates. I would then let you view the flat before we agree on you moving in :)
