En suite double room on Leith Walk

Hi! I’m looking for a short term flatmate for a double en-suite room in my flat on Leith walk. The room’s fully furnished and the flat itself is really spacious, with a shared kitchen and a big comfy sitting room.

I live here with my girlfriend. We’re both easy-going, tidy and sociable, and looking for someone similar who needs a place for a few months.

We're looking for someone to move in from now to mid-July, so preferably short term.

All bills are included.

The flat’s in a great spot – close to shops, cafés and all the good bits around the Shore, with quick bus links into the city centre.
