En suite double room in Leith!

Hi! I’ve got a double en-suite room available in flat in Leith for a short-term let. The room’s fully furnished (see photos) and the flat itself is really spacious, with a shared kitchen and a big comfy sitting room.

I live here with my girlfriend. We’re both easy-going, tidy and sociable, and looking for someone similar who needs a place for a little while.

We're looking for someone to move in from the end of Feb to July, preferably short term.

All bills are split equally - council tax, high speed wifi (350mbps), gas and electricity. These typically work out c. £125 a month(each), depending on the time of year. There is also a cleaner for £20/ month each. These are included.

The flat’s in a great spot – close to shops, cafés and all the good bits around the Shore, with quick bus links into the city centre.
