En suite double room on Leith Walk

Hi!
Have a spare room available for a short term let. The room is a double bed en-suite room in my flat on Leith walk available now, until first couple weeks of July.

The room’s fully furnished, with bed, draws desk etc, and the flat itself is really spacious, with a shared kitchen and a big comfy sitting room.

I live here with my girlfriend. We’re both easy-going, tidy and sociable, and looking for someone similar who needs a place for a couple months.

We're looking for someone to move in from now to mid-July.

All bills are included.

The flat’s in a great spot – close to shops, cafés and all the good bits around the Shore, with quick bus links into the city centre.
