The flat is a double upper (2 story) flat featuring a large, newly renovated kitchen which includes a dining area. There is one shared bathroom with a bath/shower and a living room upstairs.

The current flatmate is a professional female (30 years old) looking for a female flatmate who is sociable, clean and friendly. Having recently returned to Edinburgh after a year living in London, I'm seeking a flatmate who is keen to socialise and explore Edinburgh.

The ocean can be seen from the upper floor of the flat and there are unobstructed views of Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill from the street. The property is a short walk from Broughton Street which includes many great restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Leith Walk is a 10 minute walk away so there are great links to the tram. The flat is very central with St James Centre only a 15 minute walk away.
