Hello,
I’m looking for a flatmate to share my flat near Harrison Park and the Union Canal. At the moment, I’m the only one living here (current flatmate leaving soon), and I would prefer a female flatmate who is vegetarian or vegan. This is a non-negotiable and I will not accept someone who is a meat eater, even though it is occasional. Please note that this is NOT a party flat, and couples and pets are not allowed.
Ideally, you’ll be a young professional for council tax purposes. The flat has a vegetarian kitchen, and the available room is en-suite so you have your own bathroom. It’s well connected, with several bus stops nearby, and the area is really nice for walking and cycling along the canal. It’s a very residential and quiet area.
I’ve been living in the flat for seven years, and I really value SILENCE, cleanliness, tidiness, and mutual respect for each other’s space and comfort.
• Rent: £650 + ½ bills (council tax band E)
• Move-in date: from 1 March OR 1 April 2026 onwards, to be confirmed soon.
