We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our West End/Haymarket 3-Bed Flat! You will be joining me and David, both in our mid-twenties. I am currently doing an MSc in History at Edinburgh Uni and have been living in the flat for 2 years now 🏠. David is working in retail and also acts. We have a nice balance of giving everyone their own space, but being flatmates and not strangers.
- Central location right next to EICC, 2 mins from Haymarket Station, 10 mins from Princes Street, and 15 mins from Grassmarket.
- Rent is £675 without bills which are roughly £90 a month (including C Tax, gas, electric and WiFi). Flat/Room is fully furnished.
- Move in date would be ASAP (room is available)
