About us:
We are an international household - two Germans, one Kenyan, and one Chinese - aged 24–28. All of us have completed postgraduate studies and are currently transitioning into work. The flat has a friendly and respectful atmosphere: we enjoy occasional time together, such as chats in the kitchen or social outings, but also value privacy and personal boundaries.

We are looking for:

* Female postgraduate or young professional (24–28)
* Clean, organised, and considerate in shared spaces
* Ideally with a UK guarantor, citizenship, or stable employment
