Beautiful and Large Room in Buccleuch Place

Hey,

I'm looking for a tenant to take over my lease in a 6-bed flat on Floor 4 in Bucceleugh Place. It's a lovely, massive, room, with lots of storage. We share the kitchen, and 3 bathrooms as a group of 5 girls altogether.

The room is in a very convenient location— just a 5-minute walk to Tesco, Lidl, and numerous charity shops, and about 2 minutes away from the George Square campus. Rent is £1175, including utilities, and we have a cleaner for the shared spaces.

I would never give up this flat but have realised it's just not financially feasible for me.

You must be a fully matriculed post-graduate student at the University of Edinburgh, and not already living in university halls please. If you're interested, I can contact the Accomodation Services whose approval would be required for this transfer

I am still in the process of finding replacement accommodation (within budget) for myself, so would say earliest move in would be Oct 1st. If you're a potential student with term starting in January or so, I'm happy stick around for a couple months and hand over lease at that point.

Also, if you're somebody looking to find a flat together or have a spare room (preferably close to George Sq campus, maybe max 20 min walk away), I would be very interested.
I'm 22F, doing my MSc in Neuroscience, very new to Edinburgh having just moved from London. I am respectful and clean, will be spending quite some time on campus, especially during term-time. Otherwise, I am quite sociable, love baking and looking to move into a friendly environment.
