Double room for rent in Gorgie

Hi there,

I’ve a double room going in my flat since my current flatmate is moving out in October. The flat is on Gorgie road with access to a ton of local bus routes (1,2,3,22,25,30,31,33) and a short walk to the Murrayfield tram stop.
The rent is £625 a month plus bills and council tax. The council tax band is D so in total it’d add up to £120-150 a month for bills and council tax. This is set to go down in Spring of next year when the tax year is over.
