Double room near Haymarket

Double room available from end of October in 2 bed flat in Dalry, Edinburgh as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. The room is unfurnished, very generously sized and has large fitted mirrored wardrobes. The flat has a good sized kitchen, spacious living room and modern bathroom including a bath. It’s part of a modern development, just a 5 min walk from Haymarket station and includes parking.

You'd be living with me - I'm 26 and I work in marketing. I work hybrid so am in office 3/5 days a week. I really see the flat as a home so looking for someone who's keen to hang out sometimes rather than just coexist.
