Large Double Room in Female Flat (Bills Inc)

Hey!

We are looking for someone to rent my spacious double bedroom in a 3-bed flat in Canonmills for 4 months, from mid/end of November until mid/end of March (dates may be flexible) as I am headed off to New Zealand.

The Room & Flat
• Large double room, fully furnished with desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror – ideal if you need a WFH setup.
• Bright, spacious flat with a beautiful view of Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill.
• Just a 15-minute walk into the city centre.
• Lidl and a big Tesco are only 5 minutes away.
• On-street parking available but would require a permit.

Housemates
You’ll be living with two of the loveliest female flatmates, both young professionals in their early 30s:
• A self-employed florist
• An architect who is also training to be a masseuse
They’re super friendly, easy-going and considerate – happy to hang out and socialise in the evenings. We enjoy do flatmate activities together but also are respectful of each other’s personal space.

Location
Canonmills is a fantastic spot – close to Stockbridge, the Botanic Gardens, and great bus routes across the city.

Rent (all in)
£685 per month, which covers:

• Council tax (Band E)
• WiFi
• Utilities
• Shared Netflix account
