Large Double Room in Female Flat (Bills Inc)

Hey!

We are looking for someone to rent my spacious double bedroom in a 3-bed flat in Canonmills for 4 months, from mid/end of November until mid/end of March (dates may be flexible) as I am headed off to New Zealand.

The Room & Flat
• Large double room, fully furnished with desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror – ideal if you need a WFH setup.
• Bright, spacious flat with a beautiful view of Edinburgh Castle and Calton Hill.
• Just a 15-minute walk into the city centre.
• Lidl and a big Tesco are only 5 minutes away.

Housemates
You’ll be living with two of the loveliest female flatmates, both young professionals in their early 30s:
• A self-employed florist
• An architect who is also training to be a masseuse
They’re super friendly, easy-going and considerate – happy to hang out and socialise in the evenings. We enjoy doing fun flatmate activities together but also make sure to be respectful of each other’s personal space.

Location
Canonmills is a fantastic spot – close to Stockbridge, the Botanic Gardens, and great bus routes across the city.

Rent (all in)
£700 per month, which covers:
• Rent
• Council tax (Band E)
• WiFi
• Utilities
• Shared Netflix account
