The flat is a warm recent build with double glazing and gas central heating. The kitchen has a gas hob and fan oven, dishwasher, combination washer dryer and a large fridge freezer. The flat is 4th floor with lift access.
Bills are not included. Previously have come to around £180/month depending on usage. Council tax band D. Minimum affordability is a salary of £21000/year to be accepted by the letting agent.
