I’m transferring my tenancy of my studio.

The accommodation is extremely closed to Moray House, and 10 minutes walk from George Square and Old College. Very suitable for uni students. There is a Tesco less than 1 min walk away, an Asian Food store and the famous sandwich shop Toastea.

My studio is on 1st floor, and about 25 sqm. The room is equipped with private toilet and bathroom, microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, etc.

All bills included. The accommodation has 24h security and can receive parcels.

STUDENTS ONLY. The rent per week is all you need to pay and can be paid in instalments. No deposit needed.
