Double room in spacious bright flat

Spacious double room to rent in a lovely two bedroom flat in Tollcross. It’s very convenient for the city centre and close to rail and bus links. Just to note, the furniture in the bedroom may be a bit different as I’m just in the process of moving in but hopefully it gives you a good feel for the room.

The flat itself is lovely and spacious for 2 people sharing, the double bedroom is a good size and faces into the garden (so no road noise) and gets lots of sun. The flat has a large airy living room with kitchen just off to the side. There is a recently renovated bathroom (with shower) and a separate loo. It’s only seconds walk from Lothian Road and you’d be in town within 10 minutes - lots of nice cafes and restaurants within a short walk! We also have access to the shared garden at the back.

You’ll be sharing with a young professional (me) who works from the office most days and studying towards professional exams.

I’m looking for a considerate, clean and tidy flatmate who values a calm living environment but also enjoys going out for coffee/drinks or going for a wander around town. It would be the perfect flat for another young professional.

A few things to note, I’d be keen for a pub night or cocktails but this is not a party flat. I also don’t smoke/vape myself so wouldn’t want to share with someone who does.
