Looking for someone to take over tenancy contract!

Hi I am looking for someone to take over my silver ensuite tenancy contract that will start from 3 january 2026 to 29 august 2026. I am an exchange student that is only here to December so I am desperately looking for someone to take over!!!

Flat info:
- 223£ per week
- Shared kitchen only 5 person per flat I barely see them so basically I live alone.
- Electricity, wifi, heat, gym and a cinema is all included in the rent. The building also provide study areas and hangout areas such as ping pong table and pool table.
- They also have washing machines
- Bike storage is also included

Location:
The flat is central, buss station right outside.
There are about 3 grocery stores that are close (Sainsbury, coop and Tesco)
There are also Asian supermarkets close to walking distance!
