My flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over her room. The flat is managed by agency, so everything will go through them.
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk. The flat has a gas central heating, new windows (replaced about 1,5 year ago) and is on the 2nd floor. We're about 7 min walk from Haymarket station.
Shared spaces include a spacious living room, a bathroom with shower, and a compact but fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, air fryer etc)
Rent is £625 plus bills (around £140 a month).
About me: I'm 29, work 9-5 (mostly in the office), friendly, respectful and very clean. I like to socialise with a flatmate over a meal or drinks but also respect personal space.
