Location is super central , right by the Meadows, Grassmarket and Lothian road but also quiet enough that it doesn’t feel as central as it is.
Two Sainsbury’s, Sodaberg and a few other food and coffee places are within minutes.
The flat itself is quite spacious (photos don’t do it justice) and the room is fairly generous in size, with its own built in wardrobe.
About me:
I work that office life, in finance and occasionally wfh. I’m quiet, very respectful of people’s space and boundaries and very clean. Having a safe and clean space to live in is really important to me, therefore I’m looking for someone with the same values.
Theo is my 6 months old cat, who also lives here and is a cute little playful guy but mostly keeps to himself ✨
