You will be living with a flatmate who's a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh.
He is very easy to get along and social (he likes music sports gym)

The house is just 1-2 min away from 2 bus stops (Surgeons hall and chapel Street) and 2 min away from stores including LIDL, Sainsbury, Tesco
5 min walk to meadows
5 min walk to Edinburgh Uni main library
5 min walk to Pleasance Gym
10 mins walk to princess street.

Rent is 150£ per week including bills and wifi.
No minimum stay - maximum 1 month
From 10 October onwards (dates can be flexible)
