A bright and spacious furnished double room available in a lovely West End flat. The flat is well-located with great transport links, local shops, cafes, and easy access to the city centre.

I live here with my friendly White German Shepherd, so you must be comfortable with dogs, and most importantly, my dog must approve of you too!

I also run Airbnb from the spare bedroom, so I’m looking for a mature and responsible flatmate who doesn’t mind occasionally helping out.

This would include:

Looking after my dog now and then when I’m away.

Occasionally helping to tidy up the Airbnb (roughly once every two months), I'll share the income with you.

The ideal flatmate would be tidy, respectful, and happy to share a relaxed, friendly home environment.
