Single Room O'Shea South (postgrads only!)

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a 6-person shared flat at O'Shea South. This is a single standard room in self-catered student accommodation. You must be a fully matriculated postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh. The lease runs until Friday 28 August 2026, and will provide safe and secure accommodation for the full academic year in a university-managed property.

You’ll have access to:
• warm single bedroom with a desk and ample storage
• 2 shared bathrooms
• bright and spacious kitchen and living room area with partial views of Arthur's Seat

This is an incredibly central location with great access to university buildings, shops, and transport links. Nearby amenities include: Pleasance Sports Complex & Gym (4 minute walk), Holyrood Park (8 minutes), and the Main Library at George Square (15 minutes). The flat has a calm and private feeling. The other flatmates are friendly, tidy, and all from different parts of the world - perfect for getting to know a diverse group of postgraduate students while you're settling into the city.
