Hi all :)

We are a mixture of nationalities from all around the world including Greece, France, Spain, & England.

We are looking for a replacement tenant for a cozy room with a double bed. The flat has two floors:
On the first floor we have a beautiful large lounge with views of the castle, a massive kitchen (with two fridges, two washing machines, and two cookers), a shower + toilet, and four bedrooms.
On the second floor there is another shower + toilet room and four additional bedrooms.

Strictly looking for a female tenant only :)

The rent is £495, council tax is £40 PCM. If you are a student you would still need to pay council tax as there is more than one non-student in the flat. The bills are approximately £12 pw in winter.
