Hi all,
I am looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my two bed flat on the 3rd November 2025 since my current flatmate will be moving out. Please read the whole ad and if you think this suits you, pop me a message :)
About the flat, RENT=£740pcm:
- Double bedroom with a dressing table and stool, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- Your own private bathroom with a bath/shower (not an attached en-suite since opposite the bedroom).
- Underground car park with bay park spots (included in the rent price so no additional cost!).
- Spacious living room with four-chair dining table, TV and sofa.
- Spacious kitchen with washing machine.
- Your own large storage cupboard perfect for suitcases, coats, shoes and anything big you want to hide!
- Small balcony.
- Bills are not included but I would say they are £130-50ish per month (including £89pp pcm council tax) depending on energy usage.
About the location:
- Multiple close bus stops to get into city centre and other areas (1, 2, 3, 4, 25, 33, 34, 35, 38), or a 45min walk to princes street.
- Many large supermarkets e. g. Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Aldi, within walking distance.
- The flat complex is fairly quiet and I do feel quite safe walking around the general area at night.
About me:
I’m a 23 year old working in banking and moved up to Edi last September from Surrey, absolutely love it here! I work hybrid; in the office 3/4 times a week or WFH from my desk in my bedroom. Whilst I do love going out to meet friends, socialising and having a few drinks, I also do appreciate my own time reading, going on walks and wholesome evenings in front of the TV with too many cups of tea.
Flatmate preferences:
- Non-student who works in the day, preferably female aged 21-30
- I am a fairly clean person so I would appreciate if you were the same, particularly in shared living spaces
- My current flatmate and I developed a good friendship so I am looking for another social person to fit the flat dynamic :)
