1 bedroom flat - Abbeyhill (5th Oct-2nd Nov)

I’m looking to rent my one-bed, top floor flat out for most of October (**short term**). The dates would be **5th October to 2nd November for £990 (includes all bills).

The flat’s in a central location with two large supermarkets a 5-minute walk away (Lidl and Sainsburys). The flat lies just off a major bus route so it’s easy to get to most places and the street is quiet as it’s one-way. There are nice cafes and pubs in the area, as well as a 24hr gym.

The kitchen has utensils, pots etc that you are free to use. Central heating with combi boiler. All bills included in the price (reasonable use of electricity/gas). There is fast internet so suitable for working from home.

The flat gets lots of natural light and you have nice views over the city. There also a shared garden.
