I'm looking for a housemate to move into a lovely room in Stockbridge by the end of October.
The room is a small room, but it has a double bed, and you have your own bathroom across the hall. The flat is quaint and in a fab location.
You would have to be ok with animals, as I have a wee rescue dog called Haki. He isn't currently living at the flat, but he will be returning.
A little about me: I'm 32 and have been in Edinburgh for about 5 or 6 years now. I'm currently working in a shop and making jewellery in my spare time from a shared studio space in Leith.
I'm friendly, artistic and introverted, so looking for a fellow quiet flatmate who doesn't mind chilling.
I'm into music, travelling, dance, walking, nature and skiing. I can't accept students, sorry, only working professionals.
Rent is £600 per month
Currently bills including council tax are £187 each
We are in Council Tax Band D
