Looking for a proffesional to take over my tenancy for a large, furnished room in a friendly flatshare in Newington.

The room comes with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and two sets of drawers and some other stuff you'll see in the photos (plants and Lego in the photos are mine, sadly not included 😅).

3 other lovely flatmates (a mix of friendly, easygoing people who also value their own space).

Shared kitchen, bathroom with separated toilet.

Please note there is no living room, but the bedroom is spacious enough to relax in comfortably.

Just 2 minutes from the Meadows which is perfect for walks, runs, or relaxing outside, espcially during the summer! And around 30 minutes’ walk to St James Quarter.

Close to shops and essentials: a surprisingly large Tesco, Lidl, post office, and pharmacies all nearby.

It’s a cosy, well-located flat that offers both convenience and a peaceful vibe.

We can accept students if youre willing to pay council tax.
