(Sorry, SpareRoom only allows me to post one room with limited number of photos. Second room is very similar).

The third room will be available or will remain unoccupied soon, so you will share the apartment with one or two more flatmates.

Each of the rooms is available for an individual (no couples sorry), student or profesional, just looking for the right candidates who will be happy to live together and share the place, flexible with move-in date.

Rent for a room is £650/month plus bills, only gas and electricity, around 100£/month on average (to share between tenants), making a good use of heater when needed to be warm during winter time. £650 deposit.

The flat is in Meadowbank, on a mean avenue between the city centre and Portobello which offers you bars, restaurants, shops, etc., yet the flat and the sourrondings are very quiet.

Large supermarket 5 min by walk.
Holyrood Park 10 min by walk.
Portobello Beach 20 min by walk.

You can get to the city centre in about 30 min by walk, but the property is very well communicated with plenty (also night) bus lines just downstairs that will do the same in a very short ride on bus.

The flat has been renovated, is fully furnished and fully equiped, just as you can see on the photos, even with a pc connected to the TV and a nice coffe machine if you are a coffe lover ☺️
Rooms have an in-built cupboard, comfortable bed with drawers and there is some extra storage in the flat.
The property also disposes of a large comunal garden.
