There is one good sized double bedroom to rent with ensuite bathroom in this gorgeous Victorian drawing room flat in west end of Edinburgh.
the property is 5 minutes walk to Princes Street, 5 min to Haymarket station and to Shandwick Place tram to airport.

The lodger will have full use of the communal areas. Sitting room, kitchen second bathroom and utility, good storage.

Applicants needs to be happy to take care of the property as I would. I will stay in the property sporadically but I spend much of my time travelling for work therefore the successful applicant will have the flat to themselves much of the time.

Ideally I am looking for a working professional who will be happy to look after this apartment as well as I do.
