West End Drawing Room Flat, Ensuite Room

I am the property owner and live in the flat but am away travelling a good deal of the time. I am looking for a professional to live in my property where I may stay at certain times but not often. Reliable, responsible and somebody who will enjoy living in a beautiful property in a peaceful environment. The person needs to be happy to take care of it as I would. Full use of the common areas, sitting room, kitchen, utility, own door to bedroom on different level to main body of flat. Internal stair joins the two areas.
Quite area but close to Princes Street, shops, 5 minute walk to Haymarket train station and tram stops to airport.
