Bedroom with queen sized bed in two storey house with large garden. Room has scenic view overlooking pentland hills.

House currently has two couples in (one full time and one just temporary until November-ish).
Room shares a bathroom with guest bedroom (currently temporary couple) and has access to a second shared bathroom.

Usually house shared with one couple (live in landlords) who also have a separate living room and bathroom so mostly only kitchen area shared. All bills included in the monthly price.

Quiet family area and easily accessible location to central Edinburgh, airport and routes to Napier/Herriot Watt universities. 20 minute walk max to large Sainsbury's/25 to ASDA.

Other housemates have range of interests such as music, travel, AI, nature etc. All generally very friendly and chilled.
