Large sunny room to rent near Bristo Square

I am looking for someone to take over tenancy of a flat that I was intending to share with my friend from my course. As I made the decision to leave Edinburgh University for personal reasons my room is available for somebody else to rent. The flat is Flat 6, 35 Lothian Street, Central, Edinburgh, EH1 and is in a central location making many of the universities facilities within a short walking distance. The rooms are light, airy and spacious with a living area, bathroom, hallway and kitchen equipped with a washing machine. The available room is large with a double bed, desk, two closets and view of Bristo Square. My friend, who is living in the other room, is friendly, kind and would be a pleasure to live with.
