This is 6-bed ensuite. The student apartment is exclusively for students.
The deposit is £250, with a weekly rent of £208, and the lease runs from now until August 22, 2026. This ensuite room includes all utility bills (water, electricity, and internet) and features a private bathroom. The window faces south. You will share the kitchen with five other flatmates.
I am the current tenant of this student apartment. Since I have withdrawn from my studies, I will not be residing in Edinburgh. I have never moved into this room, so I do not have any information about my flatmates.
