Spacious double room for rent in a bright 2-bedroom flat near Usher Hall and Grassmarket with great connections and walking distance to the city centre. The room has high ceilings and big windows with spectacular views over the Edinburgh Castle and comes furnished with a king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and internal storage.

The flat has been recently renovated and you'll be sharing the living room, open-plan kitchen and bathroom with me. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. I'm a hard-working medical researcher, quiet, tidy and clean, and enjoy the occasional wine and board games night. Preferably looking for a similar female flatmate.
