We’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our 3-bedroom flat. Rent is about £800 with bills and council tax not included.

- Furnished throughout with a washing machine and dishwasher, and full size fridge.
- Access to a lovely shared back garden.
- First floor flat with no lift access.
- Nice parks and coffee shops nearby with a farmer's market at the end of the street over the weekend.
- Council Tax Band D.

The room:
- A cosy double room with high ceilings.
- Comes with a desk, double bed with under-bed storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table.
- Shared cupboard for larger item storage like suitcases, camping gear, etc.
- Shared bathroom with one other person.

About us:
You’ll be living with a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh and a working professional in consulting. We’re easy-going, very tidy, and like going on cycling or hiking adventures over the weekend. We also love a cosy board games or movie night throughout the week and are looking for someone similar to join our home.
