Lovely flatshare close to Cramond beach

Hi,

I have secured a lovely 2 bed ground floor (does include a few steps down to the flat) in Cramond, by the Almond river and Cramond beach. It's in a beautiful, green and quiet residential area. Planes can be heard going overhead. Lots of trees around and views from the flat of the communal gardens.

Bus stop 2 min walk away. 45 min ish bus to Waverley or Haymarket. 20 minutes ish drive. Close to the beginning of the Edinburgh Cramond park run.

The room available is the slightly smaller bedroom, which has a small double bed, wardrobe, and bed side tables. Sharing all the rest of the flat. The flat is fully furnished.

I am relocating from Cornwall to Edinburgh to start my masters in occupational therapy at the end of Jan. I have houseshared a lot in the past all over the place.

I'm sociable, friendly and like to have a nice clean and relaxing home. I do like my downtime and respect yours too. Up for chats, food and outings if that's how it goes. I'm very much into sea dipping, music, being involved with community, getting outdoors as much as possible and gardening/growing.

I'm veggie, ideally you're at least veggie too, and I tend not to use harsh cleaning chemicals etc.

All bills are included in the rent.

I have a sometimes vocal and always needy for love Cornish Rex cat, so you hopefully like cats and are ok to feed her when I'm away.
