Hello, I have a room available for a University of Edinburgh student, as I will be moving out in due course when I have completed my degree. The available from date is TBC (potentially 6th October), as it will depend on my student status whether I move out or stay at this accommodation for longer.
There are currently 3 other postgraduate students in the flat.
Location: Less than 2 minutes walk to the Meadows tennis courts
Rent: Currently £631.94/month (you do not usually have to pay in July or August so average over 12 months would be lower than this) + bills (around £25-£161 per month
4870.86 total (or less depending on when you move in) until mid-July 2026
If you're interested, please email me. I will have to check with the other flatmates if they're ok with you staying there as you will be replacing me. I will be doing a viewing this Saturday (18/10) evening, if you would like to view them please give me a message!
