We're two girls looking for a female flatmate who appreciates clean and peaceful environment. We like to socialise from time to time but also respect our own privacy. Rent is £520 per calendar month, council tax and broadband £89, gas and electricity around £30- £60 per month (depends on season). The flat is located in EH7 6AB, 30 min walk to Princes St, buses 1,25,35 & 21, Leith Walk and London Rd are 10-15 min away by foot and there's plenty of buses to catch there.
