Seeking new professional flatmate by the Meadows

Hey potential flatmate 👋

🏘 We am looking for a young professional flatmate aged between 25 and 35 to move into my room at an epic 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in sunny Bruntsfield ☀️ (right next to the Meadows) which I am so sad to be leaving. Move in anytime from late October (but can be negotiated).

🛌 The room itself is furnished with a king size bed and has an Edinburgh press built in storage and a standing wardrobe!

🛋 This place has a gorgeous living room with high ceilings and cozy reading corner. It also feels very "in the middle of it all" above a record store, with Bennets bar, cafes, upscale restaurants down one end of the street and meadow at the other, all within a 5 minute walk. It is also super quiet despite being in the middle of it all.

🚗 There is car parking available on the street which you can apply to the local council for.

🚍 There are great connections into town with Princes St just a 15 minute walk through the meadows - the location is super connected and central with an array of busses to take you to wherever you need to go.

💸The rent is 630 for the room (for a single). Additional costs for council tax/electricity/bills range between £120 in summer and £170 in winter. Council tax band is C.

🚶‍♂️You would be living with a 30 year old young professional flatmate who is super easy to live with, fun and conscientious. Rachel loves getting out and about, new eateries and has her fingers on the pulse of fun events/new places to try ✨️. We are looking for a flatmate who is friendly and would like to socialise, and have dinner together every now and then but are happy in their personal space too.
