Single room for a quiet person

I'm looking for a lodger at the Calders. The room is available from now. Small sized but cozy single room, with an ample built-in wardrobe, and a desk.

It is a 3 bedroom, ground floor flat, with no step on the door, but with a very narrow corridor and a bath tube.

The area is quiet, close to two shopping centers, and served by several bus lines.

You would share with me (46) and another Spanish guy (42). I also have a large dog and a cat. The dog barks a lot during the day, so if you are a night owl and need to sleep at night, or noisy dogs make you nervous, it may be a problem. The dog is lovely when you know him, but also very scary at the beginning, if you are afraid of dogs, this is not your place. The humans living in are friendly, quiet and tidy. We work from home some days, so we need you to be quiet during office times.
The flat professionally cleaned once a week (this is £19 per week and it's not included on the rent).

I'm looking for someone who is not a smoker, who don't party hard on the flat, and who don't have any problem with LGBTI people, and especially with trans people.
