Double room available in a lovely 4 bedroom flat off the top of Leith Walk. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden. Parking permit available if needed. The room has a lovely view and lots of storage.

You would be sharing with three lovely girls, two of which are working and one is a masters student. All very friendly and always up for a chat. Looking for someone with similar vibes and who wants to keep a clean, homely flat! Students welcome if willing to pay council tax.

Rent - £650
Council Tax - approx £45 per month (band D)
Utilities - vary depending on season, around £30 in summer and can go up to £60/70 in winter
WiFi - around £9 per month

Move in date is 30th October, and this is when rent will be payable too.
